Colorful Nails and Spa

So I came in inquiring about acrylic and was talked into the hard gel… fine that’s my fault. Halfway into the process the lady cuts too deep into my cuticle. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the bleeding until I walked out but not only that but she leaves my nails looking sloppy and disgusting. Not worth $70. Don’t let the nail techs talk into the most expensive new “hard gel”, it’s not worth it. At least not by them. I wish I could them 0 stars.

I wish I could give this place a 0/5 stars. This place has absolutely rude workers. My mom and I came here and they laughed in our face and made fun of everything we stated. The first time I walked out, because it was a miserable experience. I went back a second time with a friend and I did not appreciate, what was stated to me. The lady with the short hair that works there with ear length hair, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t like this place and will never go back.

I’ve tried many nail salons in Bay Ridge, but this one is by far the best. I usually get a gel manicure, and it lasts much longer here compared to other places. The technicians are very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I went for a regular manicure with Amanda. Very clean and I loved the shape. She took her time and checked to make sure I was satisfied with the shape and nail polish color before continuing. ( I wanted the nude look and chose this light shade purposefully. )

Very bad ! I kept asking the lady if my nails were dry and she said yes nobody came to check even after I said her too she told me not to worry and I left. When I came home. My two big toes that I paid extra for it to have a design was ruined. Not the first time that this has happened to me in this place they’re very careless. tomorrow I’m coming back for my money and for them to fix my toes. I am very disappointed. I come there a lot and lately they have been increasing prices and not telling me until I go to pay. Apparently a color I have gotten before is 2$ extra. Also no more massage which I used to always get with my pedicure. Not sure what’s happening but I’m not happy.
