Color Room Suites

If you’re someone looking for a great place to start a business or even continue your solo journey, I highly recommend the color room suites! The landlords, Shelly and Patrick are so amazing! They are so personable, caring, and supporting. I started my medical spa here, and as I started to grow, they were there every step of the way to help support and see what I needed. One thing I can’t think them enough for is they are not pushy or strict and always make you feel super welcome and that your needs come first. it feels like a family here. It doesn’t even feel like work when I come all of the beautiful women and men that work here are so friendly and also willing to always help. I can’t recommend the color of suites enough. I am so blessed to have started my journey here.

We have been hairstylists for 20+ years. “The Color Room Suites” is THE BEST place we have ever hung our blow dryers! The suites are so spacious and our guests love the community kitchen and front lounge area. Being located at I-25 & Arapahoe makes it easy for guests to come to us from North, South, East and West. Patric and Shelly are so supportive, accommodating and open to our feedback. We are so happy here!

Allen should be more careful about the horrible things he says on social media and what he links to his work place. Shame on you.

Beautiful and clean. Looks brand new! Great location too - near 25 and Arapahoe Road. I have been leasing from Patric and Shelly for over a year at their original location. The new location is beautiful and clean and bright. Great environment to have your business grow in! very professional setting. Allen rocks!!! He listens very well to what you want and he's also extremely talented if you just listen to him. Best hairdresser I found in the Denver area and I've lived here a decade now.
