This is the second time I’ve been up charged. I came in for a fill and the man told me it was $45 I asked a couple times because of my prior experience and he said $45 when I sat down with Alina she tried to upcharge me for a design I said I was ok. When I went to pay she said it was $65 after she charged my card. I asked why and she said because my nails were long and because my nails were shaped almond: I told her yes these were my real nails not added tips and I asked her how much would a full set be and she said $50 for short. I said it doesn’t make sense that my natural nails that only needed a fill and were already shaped were more expensive than the fill. She said well sorry you don’t understand. I’ve been going to Color Nails for pedicures since they first opened, and they never disappoint! They always pamper me and take their time to make sure I’m relaxed and happy with the results. I always upgrade to the gel pedicure, and it’s totally worth it—the finish lasts so much longer and looks amazing! Alexis does my structured gel manicures, and she absolutely kills it every time. She’s so talented and meticulous, always getting everything just right. I honestly can’t (and won’t!) go anywhere else. Highly recommend Color Nails for top-notch service and flawless results every time! (I love bows - and she has given me the best art every time! Look - so cute!!)

We did a walk in on a weekend afternoon and had called in advanced to check the wait times. Alexis was my nail technican and she did a wonderful job doing my nails: french gel tips which some nail designs. We were greeted warmly and had great conversations which the other nail techs as well. Everyone did a great job both for gel manicures and regular nail polish!

I’m not sure what her name is but she has short red hair. She is the only one available when I come so either my mom or I have had her do our nails the past 3-4 times. She will always upsell you but adding chrome. She doesn’t ask she just start to apply it. My mom likes to do dip and will schedule for dip but she will also up charge her to do tap gel. My mom will tell her no thank you but she will do it anyways, adding on the full manicure and chrome both of which she didn’t want and told her no. This same lady ended up doing my nails yesterday and did a terrible job. She drilled my real nail so thin it hurts to use my hands. I told her to leave the length since they are my real nails and she cut them all the way off. They have left us bleeding many times from filing our cuticles off with

I came here for my first time and it will absolutely be my last. I had a horrible experience. My tech was named Phil. He rushed SO ungodly fast through my service. There wasn't even anyone in the salon. He did a full set in 33 minutes which is absolutely not okay. There was next to no natural nail prep. My cuticles got shredded and all of my nails are different shapes/lengths/widths. He did the thinnest possible layer of acrylic I've ever seen. They feel extremely weak and like they will snap at any minute. Do not go here. It's clear they don't care and just want you in and out. My nails look absolutely awful 😭
