Color Nails of New York

Started coming here about a year ago. I come here when my normal spot is too busy. I refuse to do my manicure here due to past poor experiences but they are good with pedicures. This place just needs more organization and better customer service. They tend to get mad if someone doesn’t want an extra service like designs or something. Also they just give me the ticket and tell me to go pay, go pay where? I’m standing there waiting someone to take my money, other nail salons check you out right after the service. This place has a lot of potential and I hope they get it together before I stop coming all together. It’s a hit or miss with this place

Terrible experience. They lie about the wait time. Went to get me and my moms nails done 4 days ago mine already cracked doing nothing. My press ons lasted longer. Did not cut cuticles. Very rude and dirty. Complained about low tip. Did me and my mothers nails horribly and got upset when I asked to fix my broken nail. When she did fix it she messed up and didn’t do it over. Very bad attitude.

Thank you Lianna. My nails are perfect! I came in as a walk in & was very impressed! Lianna took great care of my nails & made sure I felt comfortable when getting acrylic for the first time in a while. I’m obsessed 😍😍

On the 7th of July around 6pm I walk into this nail salon to get a full set pedicure, I specifically told the woman who was working on my feet that I am highly allergic to acrylic, I asked her about 5 times is this acrylic she stated no, I told her I only can use dip powder, she told the owner that she is using dip powder, I allowed her to do my feet because she stated this is dip powder, I didn’t have an reaction until the next day, my feet was burning, I took a Benadryl to subside the pain, the following day my toes swell up with clear liquids and sores, I was unable to walk due to the pain, the lady charge me 75 dollars for the service and I tip her 5 dollars. I will take legal actions

I go here often and I only get my nails done by one person.! But this time I went because I needed my nails done asap and my nail tech wasn’t in that date( which I knew) Someone else took me she was good and all but I don’t think her skill are. This is only one week I have dip powder and I have had dip powder before and it lasted a month I’m very disappointed it but I can’t blame anyone is just nails maybe I caused the break but who knows. Let it be a lesson don’t go to a different person.
