Michelle was wonderful! She made sure to invest in extra time to get to know my hair history in order to determine what was best for me and made sure to establish expectation management (what she can do and what she can't do). I appreciate the honesty she provided so that I wouldn't be disappointed because Instagram can be very deceiving and different hair types react differently with hair treatment/coloring. She gave me a free hair trim with my partial highlight service to blend in my previous balayage from a different salon I went to. I recommend seeing Michelle for your hair needs. I've included my before and after hair pics for reference.

Jenna did a great job with my hair! I just show her a picture and she is able to copy it exact. At the same time she cares for me and makes sure that everything that is done is in the best interest of keeping my hair healthy and looking great.

What can we say? We are completely sold on the customer service, experience and expertise of the staff, and accommodations they've made to even cut our toddler's hair. My husband looks polished and clean every month due to Ms. Jenna's help and my nearly 5 year old daughter loves going for her "bang" cuts every month also. The place is welcoming, everyone is cordial, and most importantly they meet the customer where their needs are. My mother also gets her haircut here when she is in town. :) We have become regulars and look forward to going to color f(x) for the haircut and company. If you have kids, this is a wonderful place to get them introduced to haircuts. If you don't have kids and are simply needing a good haircut, this is the place to go also. Overall, cannot recommend it more!

I used to go to barbers and my friends prior to coming to this location. Never once have they messed up my hair. Jenna is very friendly and also the assistant Maria. Michelle is also very accommodating. Definitely recommend. P.S. Since this is a salon, the prices will be different from your average hair cut place, that because they want to have you walk out ready to go anywhere, not just back home to take a shower.

I’ve been getting my hair cut and colored by Jenna for the past 3 years and she makes my hair look amazing every time! I greatly appreciate how meticulous and consistent she is and would highly recommend her! :)
