I had the most incredible experience at Colombian Luxury Nails & Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere is clean, stylish, and relaxing—exactly what you want when treating yourself! My nail technician, Laura, is a true artists! Every time I visit the salon, she takes the time to listen to what I want and absolutely nails it. She's the best of the best. My nails look flawless, and the attention to detail was next level. Plus, the salon uses high-quality products, and everything was sanitized to perfection. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and they even offered me a complimentary drink and snack. It’s clear they truly care about their clients and their craft. My sister and I came in for services on 12/23. We each received a Gel-X set for $95 and a gel pedicure for $50. Overall, the experience and customer service during the appointment were very pleasant. However, less than 24 hours later, our nails began breaking off despite minimal activity, simply placing my hands in my pockets and her putting her coat on. After noticing this, my sister and I realized that the Gel-X sets did not appear to be properly applied with builder gel, but instead seemed to consist only of tips and gel polish, similar to press-on nails. We reached out to the business to inform them of the issue and ask if there were any possible solutions. We were offered a credit, but since I am currently out of state, that option would not work for me. We then requested a partial
