I had taken my son (3yrs old) to 3-4 places prior to Collins Barber Shop no one could cut my son’s hair the right way. Now that I took him to Collins I wont take him anywhere else. Tyson is who we've had from the start and my son’s hair both times looked so amazing. He is the only barber who knows how to cut around my son’s cowlick and not have hairs sticking out weird and knows how to work with his weird hair pattern (i cant speak on other barbers at Collins we've only had Tyson). He really knows how to blend and do a nice clean fade. I know kids can be tricky but Tyson is gentle and great with my 3yr old. Everyone else in the Barber Shop & Beaty Salon are very friendly, welcoming and it is a good environment overall. I am also pleased with their affordable and reasonable prices

Tyson is the man! He always gets me on time when I schedule my appointments and he is always efficient with his time. I also love this place because the owners go into great detail when cutting your hair! I have been going to this place for over a year now and I am very happy every time I leave! Been coming here for 15+ years. One of, if not the most consistent barbershop in the area. Always professional, courteous, respectful. Honest rates. Great family business. I remember everytime I came in, I'd see Mr. Collins Sr. Or Mr. Collins jr. Great each and EVERY customer that came in with respect, always a clean and professional shop. No profanity or disruptive escalated sports talk. Now,they have passed that tradition down to their children and other employees who work in the shop. A great customer service experience you rarely find these days in most shops unfortunately. I highly recommend coming here for not only a good consistent cut done right the first time where you dont have to go home to touch up your haircut, but consistent professional service and honest rates. This is a great place to get a haircut and have a conversation about life. While I was in the chair getting my haircut my barber help me out with a question that I’ve been thinking about for a while and he help me think of some other perspectives that I didn’t think of before. Also they’re really good at cutting hair every time I go there I am always satisfied with my cut that I get. I would recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a cut from people that have good experience in a good environment.
