Beautiful space and attentive service by Diana and team at the ila spa location in the Lotte New York Place hotel. Tried the AI massage, LED light therapy, and oxygen chamber. While waiting for the oxygen chamber, had an amazing Theragun pressure-point massage while wearing SmartGoggles, by Gen. My husband got the PEMF therapy, LED therapy, sauna, and Forma facial. His face was noticeably smoother and softer right after, and he plans on returning for more sessions with Sage, who he said was great. We highly recommend trying all the treatments and having access to the entire spa facilities, as well as the gym, is a bonus. Perfect spa date!

10/10 service in a beautiful spa! I struggle with dry/dull skin in the winter. I came in for a forma skin treatment and left feeling refreshed, glowy and tightened. Monika was very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Will absolutely be back!

Walked into this SPA hoping for some self pampering during this cold day, but I walked out with a light weighed body, and recharged energy that I didn’t expected to have. I always love seeing Diana at the Collagen Bar, but her new location is beyond!! I came to Diana for a collagen treatment called Density. It was super quick and completely painless, and I already see a difference in my neck after the treatment. I was able to use the facilities at the Lotte after and went into a red light booth after treatment. My skin looks amazing and I can't wait to come back and try the hyperbaric chamber!
