Stop looking if you’re looking for a hair braider, this place is THE BEST. Phenomenal quality AND the hair lasts! I’ve lived in 5 other states, and two cities that are suppose to be the “hair Mecca” of the USA- Atlanta, Dallas…and let me tell you, no other place has come close. I use to live in Delaware and her shop was my go to. Now that I’m back in the tri-state area, im close enough to go and get my hair braided here- I highly recommend.

Recent events I'm very disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of communication, even when you have an appointment they will leave you for hours to take care of personal errands, they will have you get out the chair to fit someone else in without properly communicating while your hair is half done, yet they have sign that states you should pay before service. Very bad practice. They don't properly disclose fees which is misleading advertising. You all should really educate yourself with the UDAAP Laws specifically 12 USC 5531 which prohibits unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices. And be sure to treat people fairly.. there is room for improvement with the customer service..
