Coldwater Salon & Day Spa

I was visiting from out of town and needed to get my gel nails redone. Vicki did an excellent job and was super friendly! I enjoyed chatting with her. If I’m in town again she will be my go to.

I have been coming to see Victoria at Coldwater Salon now for a few years and each and every time I walk away satisfied! She's welcoming, warm and engaging. It's clear that she has a talent and love for her craft. Always willing to work within a budget and accommodate my needs. Garunteed customer for life in me!!!!

I love Coldwater Salon & Spa! I have been going there for 10 years now and I get my haircut and color done by Vicki, she is awesome, I love it every time I come home after I just want to got out and flaunt my hair. Never have an issue with her cutting my hair, she knows her stuff. She has styled my hair for my proms as well and I just loved them. I couldn't be happier with anyone else touching my hair. The staff there is just wonderful, sweet and professional. I never have an issue with rescheduling when something comes up. It's just a fun environment to be in. I never a want to go anywhere else!

I posted a review previously under Sugarplumpbaby. There was an innocent mix up on the date and time of the appointment. Unfortunately I gave a bad review that was not deserved. The owner reached out to me to reschedule. She was wonderful. I made an appointment for a pedicure and a 90 deep tissue massage. My feet look beautiful and brand new and the massage was heaven. Everything was so good I scheduled another massage for 3 weeks out. For those wondering why I am not posting this from the original email, it is because I have requested for the review to be taken down so I am currently blocked from posting from that account on here.

Vicky and her crew are so knowledgeable and professional. I get all of my spa services at one place (hair, gel dip nails, pedicure, waxing) and each service is done perfectly and efficiently.
