Coldfront

Hi I’m wondering if anyone is actually looking at the reviews and emails for this business? I have been a member for almost a year. It was really good and I have been really happy with this place. but I am upset about how dirty it is allot of times. I went Sunday afternoon and found a clump of hair in the tub with me, happens allot. But my friend grab it and put it on the top of the cold plunge. It was still sitting there when I went this morning. The carpets are so disgusting that I hate standing on them. I would understand if they were grubby after a long day of people but it’s dirty at 8 in the morning. Nobody is sweeping, vacuuming or mopping. The floors have definitely not been swepted anytime recently especially in the changing rooms, there are clumps of hair, and other nasty stuff

So disappointed with this place now. I've been going to Cold Front for about 5 months now. They were great for a few months until they got rid of the couple good employees that they had. They now have a few kids that don't give a crap about the place. Frequently the jacuzzi smells bad and has a ring of dirt around the inside edges. The saunas are not kept on all the time to keep them hot. (Sunday 11/30/25 and today, Saturday 12/6/26) 2 of my last three attempted visits the place was closed with a sign on the door saying employee family emergency but another employee said they just couldn't get the shift covered when someone didn't show up. I love the services that Cold Front offers! Unfortunately the hours aren’t geared towards working people. I would have imagined an earlier opening time. For the cost, I hoped the hours would accommodate a working person. There also aren’t showers there to get ready which is extremely inconvenient for a working person and unusual for a gym. It’s a large time commitment to go to Cold Front at limited hours when there’s no ability to shower off and get ready for the day there. I am limited on my work days because it’s closed before I start work and after I get off. There have been occasions it was unexpectedly closed and no warning. Additionally, the hot tub isn’t warm enough after cold plunging. I have greatly enjoyed some of the people that work there, including Megan and Stephanie!

While I'm really pleased with the services and enjoy the benefits of my membership, the business side has been disappointing lately. Turnover is so high, by the time you're accustomed to the staff's face and demeanor, they're hiring a completely new team. Which is probably part of the reason why the cleanliness is substandard. The hours of operation are hardly accommodating as they are and it's extremely frustrating to show up during business hours and the doors are locked with no signage expressing when they will be open again and no one to responding to phone calls.

Report this company to the BBB PLEASE!!!!!!!!! I’d give Zero stars if possible. My husband canceled in may and even had to change bank account because the attempted to charge the card over and over. They are now threatening to send $544 to collection. We can hardly afford to make monthly living expenses which is why he canceled his membership. This business doesn’t deserve to be in the community because they obviously don’t SERVE the community, but exploit it instead.
