I have been coming to Cold Fit Cryotherapy for a while and I really enjoy myself cause my joint pains do subside. Therefore I’m able to get a lot done without any problems. I encourage everyone to check Cryotherapy out. Especially if you need energy to get through the day.

My son was having pain in his knee had gone through therapy and rehab and still was having pain. We gave it a shot at Cryotherapy and Abby was amazing very helpful and explained everything the whole process. When my son finished came out did some squats up and down felt the pain go away his smile finally able to do a squat and not feel pain was amazing. We definitely coming back

It’s an ok place. Front Desk lady is not very friendly. Don’t sign up for a special cause good luck canceling it if you plan to by the way no where is the contract does it say you can’t cancel. Numerous emails sent to cancel and they never did and even refused to. The few times I used the membership, i went they didn’t seem to keep up with the chamber. There was alway something broken or messed up. Overall a so so experience for 150 month.

Loved the experience of the chamber itself as I love the cold. It's definitely a mental and physical challenge to push yourself past your comfort zone. However, the chamber itself was all there was to enjoy. From day one of signing the contract, I didn't see the contract. The receptionist had a paper in front of me with simple terms and conditions and told me to sign electronically to a signature machine.
