Coiffures Barber Shop & Salon WALK-INS WELCOME

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a barbershop. The African American working in the back left station completely ruined my haircut and even scratched me with his equipment. I requested a burst fade, but the “V” in the back of my head ended up noticeably crooked. When I asked to go shorter on top, he didn’t give me the opportunity to see the length first — he simply put a guard on the clippers and cut it his own way. Most barbers use scissors to blend the top with the fade, but mine wasn’t blended at all, leaving it uneven and poorly finished. I paid 40$ for a haircut he knew was bad and still let me leave like this

If it was possible to leave no stars I would but then you can't write a review. My husband (a retired, disabled Army Vet) was denied service because of his service dog. We stopped, saw that every chair was full and I mentioned to my husband, "Wow, this is where we need to be!" As I said that my husband was signing in at the desk that was unattended. Right away, as you are walking in to your left, the first chair, black gentleman, who were told was the manager says that they dont allow dogs. I responded that our dog is service dog. He responded "state law, no dogs allowed". They refused to attend us. Didn't even say oh the dog can wait outside. No, they refused us service. A another mall employee helped us call security and officer Whitaker helped us notify the police and file a complaint.

Absolutely LOVE this place, the environment is amazing the people are aweosme and super friendly. My barber LA is amazing I just love him!! He does amazing work and he's my forever barber!!!

Where this is not coiffures where we ended up, it was lavish salon, which come to find out is the same ppl running coiffures....when I seen a girl that was @ the front desk @ coiffures run in here to get one of the lists that the ones @ lavish had on their clip boards.....it's Sunday, the day b4 school starts so it's crazy full @ both places. Setting up an appointment is your best bet. It was 2ish & coiffures was already turning ppl away. Lavish still had the list out, it stopped taking names @ about 3ish. I know some complain about not getting the haircut they want....well, trick to that is making sure you don't leave without getting what u want. Speak up & don't walk off if u don't like what u see. It's you're $$$ as well, not just their time ✌️

Awful experience both times we went here. The first time was a few months ago anf the guy didnt listen to how my gf wanted her hair cut and barely paid attention while he was doing it. It came out nothing like she wanted. The second time was a few days ago, a lady (didnt catch her name) was cutting her hair and cut her neck in a few places with the clippers. The haircut also came out very choppy and uneven. They also only take cash.
