The staff are very nice. I was charged 37 dollars the first time with wash rollers leave in conditioner and a black knitted cap and loved it. I went for the second time today and I just got a wash rollers and blow out and flat iron and they charged me more. Tried to tell the lady that and she didn’t wanna hear it. I wasn’t too happy about that and I will Not be returning again. My hair is a lil below my shoulder.

They are such nice people and I love their Monday Tuesday deal where you get the free deep condition but this salon needs more help. It's only 2 people that work here and 3 on the weekend. Yes, ladies that means they leave you under the dryer longer. The workers are really nice and the work is good but the time it takes to get the job done is beyond me.

This my very first time coming here and it seemed like some people's hair look very nice. So I took a chance. I don't know who cut their hair but when I got my haircut it was a disaster the woman who cut my didn't follow the cut I wanted. She just cut anyway she felt like cutting my hair. looks horrible and I am not happy at all. I told her and she didn't say anything to make it better. She made me wait for someone else to dry my hair it felt like I was playing musical chairs Then the older woman there who was very nice and try to fix my hair by blowing it out and used the curling iron. This morning was my first day back to work and I was so embarrassed. I'm not ever going there again.

They Are Soo Rough With 4c Hair . After my silk press My Hair Is Soo stiff !! Anywhere else my hair is never stiff after a silk press . They also use too much heat on ur hair . My scalp feels raw after I leave never again !

It was not good at all they don’t know natural hair at all. They all need to take a class or a refresher course in hair care. They don’t know how to comb hair or use the right comb. I say something several times to the hair dresser. I wasn’t happy at all with my experience
