Terrible. They can't cut hair. I asked for a simple 3 layer haircut and they did it terrible. They don't use hear protection either, my hair feels stiff and my bangs are extremely short when I never wanted them that way!!

Just plain old haircuts there, they don't have any creativity, and terrible at colors, I went there to get a bluish color, and it was not even close to blue, end up been plain yellow! ! . . . . What has help them to survive is their great customer service, no one there actually keep up with new trends. Same old, same old.

I’ve been coming here for while and have never had any issues before but, this last visit has traumatized me. I came in with medium length hair and I asked to have my hair cut shoulder length with long layers. By the time I realized what the woman had done to my hair there was no saving it. She left me with an ugly mullet telling me “it looks cute” to avoid the fact that what I wanted was disregarded. I’m really disappointed with how poorly the ladies handled the situation and was just told “it will grow back.” As I was in tears and still had to pay for something I didn’t want in the first place.

Coco is really good at haircuts. She’s a person you can definitely trust. She knows what she’s doing.. not sure about the other employees. There’s always a slight wait for her , parking in the back limited, prices are great. Not sure about hair coloring.

Coco's solon is beautiful and have great workers there how ever COCO herself has a habit of cutting her walk ins line and passes other clients in front other clients CONSTANTLY! even with appointments. She had me 2 hours waiting to get my brows done even after I called beforehand and got there early.
