CocoBella Nails Lounge

I have come here about four times. I got the dip powder. They were ok but the color did not go to the root of the nails. I have had to go back for them to be fixed. Last week I got acrylic and I have had nothing short of a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! My thumb nail broke at the corner of the tip and all the gel polish peeled off. I called to get it fixed. She fixed it and now again a huge chunk of the gel polish is off. Also all of the acrylic are lifting off my real nail. I called for them to correct the errors clearly they are making. They refuse to fix my nails. Saying “You come back to many time” Welll I wouldn’t have to come back if there wasn’t issues. Might I add the filing was atrocious.my nails looks like absolute trash. So ugly. I had to file and shape my own nails before going back

I always get my nails done at TT Nails. It’s a nice, clean place and the employees are very friendly. Highly recommend!

I used to come here and they know me. I called one day to come in for a pedicure and they said they were booked so I scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 10am, I get there at 10 and the lady is doing someone else’s pedicure who had a appointment at 10:30am and she’s the only one there. My time is limited as I have an infant and toddler at home and I explained that’s why I made the appointment, while she apologized I ended up leaving. I won’t be coming back here again.

I arrived at 9:30 a.m. and the salon was never open. I sat around and waited till 10:15 a.m. and no one opened the salon. If you say you open at 9 a.m. be here and don't keep your clients waiting an hour and 15 minutes. Won't ever come back

What I asked for vs what I got 😍 they did a great job! & price was very reasonable !
