Gretchen was great! It took me forever to convince my husband to get a massage for his extremely sore muscles. Gretchen made him feel comfortable and he left with loose muscles. It far exceeded his expectations. He said she is extremely knowledgeable about the muscular system and provided him with good health advice. She was very professional and did an excellent job!

I saw Erin here yesterday and drive a long way to get Healing from her. Truly, she is worth it and the experience at this place was relaxing and what I needed, when I needed it. The staff was kind and professional and the facilities were nice. I highly recommend Erin and this center to anyone seeking a professional, clean and effective treatment.

I was also very happy with the location & everyone at the fitness center is very warm & welcoming! I love the "all in one" arena & I am a big fan of a holistic approach to wellness. As a massage therapist new to the area, this made me desire to want to practice here!

I love love love this place. Very clean, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I've been going for 2 years now and recommend them to everyone looking for great body work. They explain the process for your first time, as I was unaware what all you need to do before and after massages. Summer and Uta are wonderful and both very understanding of my body and answer all questions with great detail. Whether you want to relax, are having back issues or headache issues, sinus issues, they will take care of you. I did a couples massage with my boyfriend before and now he loves massages too!

It's a great gym, they have everything you need for a good workout, in addition to showers, sauna and spa like services. However, they could take better care of the men's showers.
