I recently had a new technician, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I've been a loyal customer at Coco for over 8 years, always enjoying great customer service along with excellent pedicures and manicures. However, this time, the technician broke one of my nails, didn’t apply a tip, made them far too thick, and one even cracked the very next day. When I expressed my concerns, I was told I had to pay full price, and the blame was placed on me. As someone who visits every 2-3 weeks, I was extremely disappointed by this response. I expected better, especially given my long-standing loyalty to the salon.

I ONLY get my nails done here!!! really expert nail techs. They do get very busy sometimes so try to come when you have time to spare! Love the atmosphere.

While the service and atmosphere were fine, I paid $40 for a powder dip that chipped off DAY #2! Every single nail was cracked by day 3 and I lost 5 by day 4. I took the rest off on the evening of day 4. I was on vacation and this was a horrendous experience. I will never go back, just wish I was refunded for the disgusting manicure. No base and no topcoat were applied. Seriously beware of this salon!

This place always kills it. My favorite salon for years and I’ll never switch. Everyone that works here is sweet and considerate. If you’re looking for a quality spa experience where they actually take their time and your nails come out cute and fresh-feeling , go here ASAP
