Coco nails

I’m not one to normally write reviews, I feel bad negatively commenting on anything but I just can’t get past this. I went to coco nails to get my nails done for my wedding. I called months in advance to book the appointment and I explained I wanted chrome french nail tips and if they kindly could pair me up with someone who specializes in this. The 3rd and 4th pictures were the reference I used. The 1st and 2nd pics are how they came out. I tried nicely showing the nail tech what I wanted and she repeatedly slapped my hands and rolled her eyes at me. A friend came with me and she called me right after to make sure I was ok due to how rude the women was to me. This place is absolutely fantastic. I came in to get my acrylic set fixed that another salon butchered and they were more than happy to take care of me. They don’t offer service for gel polish change but she took care of me as a first time customer and did it for me. I got the black cat eye and she took care of my nails from start to finish, shaped them perfectly and really took her time. She gave me a shoulder massage, hot towel, lotion after. This place really does the best work for their clients! I will not be going anywhere else.

if you’re ever in a rush and wanna get a pedicure, this is the place for you because the employees are also in a rush. Whether the salon is full or if there’s only 2 other customers - still in a rush. I’ve given this place chance after chance but this was my last straw. The man who did my pedicure was not only speeding through it as if he had some place to go, but was extremely rough in the process. The only instrument he used besides a nail file was the cuticle cutter to pull off a singular piece of skin before he started to paint my nails. Start to finish I would say I was in the chair for MAYBE 20 minutes. Literally was done before the chair stopped giving a massage. this may be a dream for some people. Absolutely excellent service. One of the cleanest and most through nail salons I have been too. They treated both myself and my daughter with the upmost care. They did a fantastic job on my nails and my pedicure lasted almost an hour. The massage chairs are wonderful and so was my 15 min massage that came with the lavender pedi. Highly recommend!
