Me and my mom have gone to this salon multiple times and we used to leave happy, but after today, never again. We made an appointment, expecting to be taken at the same time like we usually are. Instead, they finished one of us completely and only then started working on the other, which left us sitting there forever and turned the visit into almost 2.5 hours. What’s the point of an appointment if they treat it like a walk-in? I showed the tech the design I wanted, and instead of telling me he couldn’t do it, he just did something completely different without saying a single word. No explanation, no checking with me—just decided on his own. As for my mom, they put on a totally different color than the one she chose, and when she said something, they argued with her, insisting it was the

5 star all the way. Look at these nails! She really prepped my nails, cuticles are immaculate. Toes are cute, too. Also, massage chair for the pedi. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for a couple of months and they were kind and accommodating. The gel manicure didn’t last much longer than a week but because I am a nurse, I attributed it to constant hand hygiene. At my last nail appointment, I switch to powdered gel manicure to strengthen my nails. After 4 days my nails began chipping & literally breaking. I went back to ask them to fix the two nails that weren’t done properly & I was told I would have to pay. I explained that the expectation was that Powdered gel manicures generally last at least 3 weeks & that I shouldn’t be obligated to pay for a shoddy job. They refused to fix it for free. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is a waste of money.

I am so happy I found this place. My daughter and I love it. The technican is so professional and passionate on her job. I can feel that she was doing my nails patiently and beautifully without just rushing it. Will definitily come again for sure!!!

Needed a place to remove my shellac gel and my mani done. Called to make sure it's not busy to walk in. Took me in right away, lady knows what she was doing and took her time. Very satisfied with my mani. Will def come back!
