ORIGINAL REVIEW: My first visit here was mid December with Liam for a builder gel fill. He did great and I’d give him 5 stars. I came back yesterday and he was fully booked so I was put with another person. I didn’t catch her name but I was put at table 6. I was hesitant at first because I know only a select few of them can do builder gel. I had one nail that fell off and one that was chipped. She proceeded to pop off all of my builder gel because “they all need to look the same and water is under one of them”. Liam didn’t have to do that the last fill. I had one missing with him as well and he just filled the rest like normal. When she popped them off it was peeling off the top layer of my nail, and taking length off of my nail as well. Obsessed with the turn out of my nails with Ben! Google won’t let me upload a video but pics don’t do justice! Ben did such a great job! I highlyyy recommend asking for him if you’re particular with your shape and don’t like the too thick look! I’ve been coming to CoCo nails and beauty for some years now and they never disappoint. The owner and all the staff are always so friendly and do great work! I would bring all my family and friends here! 😊😊

The staff were very nice but I wasn’t very thrilled by the experience. I started my appointment at 10:37 and didn’t leave until 12:45. It took an hour and a half of just prepping the nail before it was even painted. The guy seemed extremely confused the whole time on the design I was doing. 2 hours after I left one already is peeling up and smudging so I have to make another appointment elsewhere to have it fixed. This was my first experience here and honestly wasn’t very impressed.

Ben did an amazing job on my nails. He was very professional, patient, and paid close attention to detail. He made sure I was happy with everything before finishing, and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. The shape is perfect and the work is super clean. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Ben again!

Super friendly, professional, and have always done an excellent job with my nails. I’m very particular when getting my nails done, and have always been pleased. Julian is great!
