Thank you, Victoria, for my builder gel fill-in! The nail shop is calming, clean, and cozy. I’m so happy with my nails and will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area.
Sloppy work and the women are rude! Believe the bad reviews you read, they are all true. The pictures I took will speak for themselves, my nails are lumpy and the French tip is not nice. I got a ManiPedi (“Natural Manicure w/Gel Polish & Spa Pedicure w/Regular Polish Combo”) with my mom in preparation for my sister‘s wedding and both of us had bad experiences, with women who rushed through everything and did not care how the end result looked. According to the CocoNailbar website, the treatment is supposed to take 1 hour 15 but they were finished in about 50 minutes. $65 in 50 minutes (plus whatever tip they bully out of you) is a great profit margin, if only they offered the service to go with it. It was such a weird experience to have someone get continually more angry with me (and she o
Had a lovely time here, I liked how it was clean, quiet, there were no TVs, the pedicure bench was comfortable, and Victoria was kind & gentle with my feet.
Nice clean place and I had a good pedicure but similar to other experiences of the reviews, I was not completely satisfied with my SNS and tip extensions. What it comes down to is that my nails were poorly filed/shaped, and my nail was also sliced with the nail file. It did not seem like my tech cared very much to take her time with the shaping. However I did like the powder color selection (which is not always the case in nail salons).
***posting 10 days post manicure*** I came in for the first time getting the gel manicure in 3 years. I went to a location in southern Vermont before. I was really excited for this experience! When my friend and I arrived (we booked separate appointments) we were greated by the owner, and immediately whisked to separate stations. There was no communication, just pulling and moving my hands as he pleased, and was upset when I didn't understand the process, even though I explained I hadn't had this experience in 3 years... He filed into my finger on my right ring finger, all of my nails were uneven, and I felt so uncomfortable asking for a fix... Unfortunately I don't feel comfortable coming here again. It's very cute and in a good location! Just don't expect top quality when coming here...
