Pretty salon - felt rushed !!!!!!!!!! Spa pedicure $75 additional $5 for voya polish - total ripoff - not going back What a joke - no attention to detail - don’t let this pretty salon fool you or the zip code - scam artists - I was not offered a choice of the 3 spa moisturizers - sitting right in front of me - I had to direct Angie !!!!! No bubbles in the water - I had to direct Angie - this place needs to remove the word SPA from any of their offerings !!!!!!!!!!!

Scheduled an appointment during a holiday weekend and visited Coco Nail Spa. Walked in and realized I didn’t need it. It was very much empty and nearly everyone was available. It’s very confusing walking in if you don’t know what you want. You don’t get offered much else and there’s no upselling which is nice part. It was odd. Very fast and expensive. No real attention to detail. You can’t tip on the card you pay with. They request you use their ATM. There’s a bank across the street. I got hurt during my service and it was disregarded. The prices are a reflecting of the location and not the service. Don’t go here.

They did a quick and inefficient pedicure making sure to charge an extra $15 dollars to wrap my feet in saran wrap, elegedly for callus remover. What a rip off. Worst pedicure ever. That extra charge cost them a lot for all of the times I won't go back.

I go to Coco frequently and have never had a bad experience. When I moved to CT originally , I searched for a quality nail salon for a long time that felt clean & comfortable - Coco is exactly that. I went to the Greenwich/Riverside location for a long time and then moved closer to Rye Ridge and was pleased they had another location in close proximity to me. Like any nail salon, they can get very busy, so I am always appreciative when they squeeze me in last minute. I love getting my nails done with Vicky - she always makes me feel welcomed & does a great job. Plus, they do a great job with massages during the manicure - I don’t even have to ask for one now, which is the best part! Thank you, Coco Spa!

Coco Nails is super clean and all the staff are very polite. We take my mother in law / mother there to get her feeling special about herself. Grace and the other staff always greet her in a very polite and welcoming way. Definitely recommend.
