Coco Nail Spa

I've been going here for a few months now. It took me a while to find a nail salon that was consistent in their work, which I liked. The atmosphere is great in the spa, the nail technicians are friendly and it's always a pleasant experience. Happy to find the place.

Most well and reliable nail salon in Old Greenwich. It can get busy, but if you call in advance they are great about scheduling. Nail technicians are always sweet and pleasant. Typically staff offer free massages when you are waiting for your nails to dry.

Nail art looked nothing like the photo i showed, extremely expensive for a very simple polka dot design and an extra $10 just to shape them?? Insane

The place looks fancy but its just a facade. They're greedy and predatory. If you just want basic treatment with no package they'll treat you poorly, and rush you out the door with not even bare minimum treatment. They tried to charge me 15 dollars extra for a basic nail polish that was no extra charge at other salons. It wasn't gel or anything fancy, just normal nail polish. They constantly try to upsell more expensive services. I got a basic pedicure and it was the quickest pedicure of my life, about 15 minutes. Once she realized i wasn't going to pay extra for anything she completely stopped trying to give me good service. She barely touched my legs for any sort of half assed massage and she did a terrible job of exfoliating my foot, I had tons of dead skin on my foot afterwards. I

Did not have a good experience here. The pedicure seemed very rushed and the nail tech seemed irritated the whole time. The manicure / pedicure itself was also just OK. Have had much better experiences at top nails across the street.
