If i could give zero stars i would. I’ve been going there for awhile but this time will be my last. I went in yesterday just to get gel nails just for some color around christmas and almost every single one of my fingers are cut and bleeding and not small like i have slices and three of my nails have already peeled off and are ruined. Definitely not worth the price

Anna gave me the best experience! Gave me color suggestion and I let her take the wheel! 10/10 customer service, work ethic, and all! 100% satisfied with mani, pedi & eyebrow wax! Coco Nail is my go too here in Lubbock!

I went here on Friday May 2nd the customer service was good. I got a full set of Acrylics and the guy who did my nail did a horrible job. He went over my cuticles and they are starting to chip way up top. When he was filing my nails he hurt me. I got a simple cow print design on each ring finger and he did a absolute horrible job. He just put 5 lines on each. I went in and had to fix that when i got home.

So so amazing! I went to CoCo Nails Lounge for my prom nails and I was highly satisfied!! Andy did the shaping and formation of my nails and did such an amazing job! They were shaped perfectly and then for my design I got white French tip with a gold underline on my two pinky’s, middles, and thumbs and then a marble design with some gold leaf on my two pointers and ring fingers! A very lovely woman did my design and she did a phenomenal job! Service was incredible everyone was so kind and welcoming! Andy and the woman who did my design frequently checked with me to make sure I was pleased with their work before they continued on and I was! Amazing job and excellent work! I love these nails so much and strongly recommend CoCo Nails Lounge!
