Earlier this week I reached out to this salon because I needed a simple service — just my hair blended and thinned out. I explained to the stylist that I wasn’t expecting anything for free. I only wanted something affordable so I could feel confident walking into job interviews looking professional and put-together, and hopefully get back on my feet sooner rather than later. The stylist I spoke with seemed very kind and understanding. She took my contact information and assured me that she or another stylist would call me no later than the following day with a price. No one ever called. I ended up calling the salon myself and explained who I was. I was placed on a brief hold while she spoke to the other women. I recently had the pleasure of receiving a head spa session, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. Soft music played in the background, and the dim lighting immediately put me at ease. Erica was welcoming and professional, guiding me through the process and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Great Place with Great ladies. Everyone is always smiling and helpful. I actually followed Haley Cartrette Merritt there for my hair,( I go where she goes) but everyone there is amazing. And now they have Cody. Best massage I have ever had. You get the best of all worlds there.🥰🥳🥳🥰
