Unclean nails, rough, dry nails, debris under the toe nail and rough dry feet this is how I left the salon. There is no excuse for the way I was treated. I have never been this upset after a nail appointment in my life. My friend and I regularly get manicures and pedicures together and decided to try this salon for the first time. While the salon itself looked decent, the experience was unacceptable. We waited about 45 minutes for our pedicures. The manager mentioned the water was warm, which gave me hope, but that was the only positive part of this visit. The technician who worked on me did an extremely poor job. So glad I tried this place. Really happy with my pedicure and gel French manicure. Gloria was very attentive and while she didn’t get my French tips exactly perfect the first time, she worked on it until it was very good. For the price, you can’t find something better in the Brooklyn Heights / Cobble Hill area. The salon was spotless, quiet, and well maintained. The owner, Jenny, seemed like the most requested manicurist. Will have to try her next time. Look forward to seeing how long my gel manicure lasts and will be back to support this small business. Update: I Tried Jenny and she does such a thorough and wonderful job. She takes her time and is a true artist - she did a beautiful design for a unique manicure. Truly talented! Gel nail polish left around my cuticles, unclean and rough, will not be coming back. Also was charged $10 extra for a miscommunication between me and the nail tech, wouldn’t even be so upset if at least I left with clean, salon-quality nails.

I ran around Brooklyn trying to find a salon that does acrylic and this salon delivered! I didn’t get there until 7:20 and they were happy to take me on as a client. They were polite, didn’t rush, and cleaned up some really bad work from another salon that I went to. On top of that the service is cheap! I only spent $58 for a fill in with gel color. It would have been $48 without which is a steal in NY! really like their work and I will absolutely be returning.

Piedat is THE BEST!!! I've been going back to her for months - she shapes nails so beautifully and can pretty much execute any design I bring her. She's so sweet and kind. I guarantee you'll be in (literal!) good hands.
