CNN's Nails

i have been a consistent customer for years and have suggested it to everyone. not anymore. i have now had multiple negative experiences here. it definitely is a different experience every time i go in, depending on who i’m sat with. i went yesterday and was seated with a tech i’ve never seen there before. i’m not sure if they’re just new but it was extremely clear to me that the tech wasn’t trying that hard to give me a high quality level of work. my acrylics are uneven and clunky and nowhere close to what i was asking for. still charged me over $100. i’ll never be back.

I typically go to a different shop but due to work later than usual, they were pretty packed so I tried CNN nails out, as they were located right across the street. Initially, my experience was a little off but decent. Their pricing is extremely high Considering the subpar quality. My nails began to come off two days later. So I went back for them to fix the one now that came off and the one that was lifting. They first were trying to charge me for it. The lady who did my nails her name was D. She and the lady Who is fixing my nail stood over me, speaking in a different language and you can tell that they really didn’t want to fix my nail. I had a French tip on the set that I have pictured, but the lines were crooked so I had her removed that as well. I think it is really rude that they do

$54 dollars for a pedicure??? I didn’t even get lotion! Used to be a regular here but cnn won’t be seeing me again. Worst service ever if I could give them a 0 I would. Save your money they don’t care about their customers! Rude and sloppy!

I like CNN because their work and customer service is consistent. My nails look good no matter what nail tech I go to. I never have problems with nails popping off or lifting before a fill-in is needed. The pedicures are good and very thorough (love the sugar scrub massage). I also get my eyebrows done from time to time. Been solely going here for 2 years. I wish they would start a loyalty program. I don’t like that CNN can be pricey. More than a regular nail salon. I usually get a full set or fill-in + pedicure and never pay less than $100. I just stopped getting designs or rhinestones to keep the price down. They prefer you to pay in cash or they’ll charge an extra $1 to use card.

Just went to do a gel manicure this Saturday Nov 16th and its Nov 18th and two of my nails are missing a big piece of gel polish already. Every other salon I go it lasts me 3 weeks to a month before it chips. I also paid way more 49 dollars versus the usual 40 I pay not counting tip. Terrible I will not be returning now I have to pay double to go redo my nails somewhere else. 49 dollars for a 2 day of gel manicures not worth it. Wish I could get my money back but obviously I won't lesson learned to not visit them again. Update today Nov 19th they completely peeled off and now the other hand is peeling. I believe they didn't use real gel polish or maybe a very cheap off brand one because there's no way gel peels off like that and in less than 3 days. Gel dosent peel like that clean off.
