i bought a massage chair from this company in 2022. after couple months, this chair made a sound and we asked them to come and check. they stopped by and only spray WD 40 eventhough there was chunk of oils on my floor. After couple months later, one of the part inside of the chair broke and this chair have not been worked ever since. I tried to call this company so many times but did not reply. after several months, I finally got a reply and he stopped by my house to check. I showed him a broken part from the chair and he told me that he will order the part from the factory. Now, it has been over 6 weeks and no reply from him AGAIN. after all this, I found out that this massage chair brand has been discontinued long time ago and no one can fix this due to there is no way to find a replac
