Unfortunately, my first experience here was disappointing, and I’m sharing this so others are aware. I’m new to the area and called ahead to say I would be about five minutes late. I was told to continue coming in. I paid for parking and arrived to find the door locked. When I called, I was told I had to reschedule because I was late and that I should have received a door code by text or email. I did not receive anything and did not know to look for a code beforehand. I understand being strict about timing for established clients, but for a first visit where I communicated in advance, I expected clearer instructions or a little flexibility. Instead, I lost time and parking money and left without being seen. If you’re new, make sure you confirm access instructions and arrive early.

Visited the Burlingame location. The location is great, and can shop before and after your procedure. There's plenty of parking. The facility is clean, and my injector was Lauren, who makes you feel welcome. Overall experience was great. Can't wait for my next appointment in a few months.

Best Botox prices in town. We drove over from the east bay for the great deal. Lauren is an awesome provider with tons of experience. She was super gentle which made the experience as painless as possible. We will be back soon!

I’m really happy with my decision to join Club Inject. I was excited for my first visit, and it completely lived up to my expectations. Their rates are affordable. Even when you add the cost of the treatment plus the monthly membership, it still ends up being cheaper than getting Botox anywhere else. Lauren did my treatment on my visit. She's amazing. She’s warm, friendly, thorough, and professional. The clinic has a relaxing vibe, and the location is super easy to get to. I live in San Francisco and don’t mind the trip down to Burlingame at all. Plus, the area around Club Inject has plenty of stores, restaurants, and cafes, so it’s nice to make a day out of your visit. I definitely recommend Club Inject if you want great results without spending a fortune!

Lauren is absolutely incredible! Efficient & extremely amazing at her profession. I always look incredible and get so many compliments after my visit to her. I have already recommended a bunch of my girlfriends to her and will continue to do so! Thanks Lauren!
