If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience here was beyond unacceptable — it was genuinely shocking. From the moment I sat down, the nail technician and the manager stood over me, chatting loudly and giggling as if I wasn’t even there. It was rude, uncomfortable, and incredibly unprofessional. But the real issue? I was quoted a clear price at the start… and then charged THREE TIMES MORE at the end. No explanation. No warning. Just a sudden, inflated bill shoved at me. When I questioned it calmly, the manager - who introduced herself as “Karen” - didn’t just get defensive. She became flat-out hostile. I never made a review on any place. Came in with my boyfriend for a 2 pedicure and one manicure. The lady that did my feet was rushing through. I don’t get my feet done often so I know they were due for a good scrubbing. This lady finished my feet with gel polish before the other lady finished my boyfriend toes. They did a terrible job. Will not be coming back.Also the lady that did my feet is asking if I want a manicure which at first I was about to say yes because that’s what I booked but I ended up telling her no. I’m too pissed. I was telling my boyfriend we need to tip them good but that’s before we experience the rush. I only tip when you actually want to do your job correctly

I used to love this salon, the only reason I stopped going was because it was a little bit of a drive and I found a salon closer to home. I needed my nails done and my salon wasn’t available so I decided to visit Club Nails. Walking in I noticed a lot of new faces but still decided to give them a chance. I’ve always had a great experience here so I figured today would be the same. Although she was extremely sweet I feel like the nail tech had no idea what she was doing. My nails are HORRIBLE! The shape , design everything about them. I would have rather been told the design I requested couldn’t have been done rather than be told it’s no problem and how “great” they looked. She was extremely proud of her work while I was completely disappointed! This place is not what it used to be. Complet

I went to this salon because they had great reviews and I was told all the nail techs do great work. The reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the finished product was nice but did not last long. When you spend $70on getting your nails done you don't expect any to come clean off your natural nail within 3 days of being done( 2 of the 3 days which were spent driving) It was like I went to the store and brought a glue on nail set, that's how easy it came off. If I wanted something to last 2 or 3 days I surely wouldn't have spent $70 to do so.

Have been going to this place for a while and usually have good results. Recently went before a vacation and not even in a week in and I had a nail pop off. Already was unhappy with my nails since the design was uneven and not properly applied. At the end of my service, lotion was applied to my hands before washing so I had dust massaged into my hands… Paid $75 at the end of it for mediocre work… Probably won’t be coming back here.
