Been there a few times, but yesterday I found Tina! She was amazing. She was gentle and did exactly what I asked. She reshaped a previous botched nail job and the design on my nails came out exactly as the picture I showed her. Thanks Tina! I love them!

First time customer- came in for a full set and a pedicure. I’ve gotten my nails done for 15 years so it isn’t like this is my first time and I don’t know what to expect or what is acceptable/ reasonable. Started with pedi- tech was clearly rushing so the drill to remove my previous gel was on high- burned my nail. Maybe spent 2 minutes TOTAL filing, shaping, and trimming cuticles. When I pointed out that there was still old polish left on my nails, she goes “oh it’s just polish”…like yeah I’m aware and it should be fully removed before we apply more. Experience was so bad I didn’t even continue getting my full set done- and I never tip bad but I left $5 on a $50 pedicure because of how poor the experience was. I recently treated myself to a nail fill for over $60 right before my vacation, but unfortunately, it turned into a major disappointment. On the very first day, one of my nails snapped off it was so thin. I specifically mentioned that I had black spray paint under my nails that needed cleaned up and requested a chrome gold finish. Instead, I ended up with black nails topped with chrome, and I was charged for both colors. To add insult to injury, I noticed a glaring gap in one of the nails after I left. I’m feeling incredibly let down, especially during my vacation. I think I’ll be exploring the other two nail salons in town when they open up. It’s worth noting that I’ve had some uncomfortable experiences in the past at this salon, too, with them making me bleed during services.
