Clover Nails

Usually I am very pleased with the service. But not this time. I got my nails done about 9 days ago and acrylic set that usually last 21days to 30(3-4weeks). Well this time i had a nail completely rip off picking up laundry. Didn't get caught, jammed nothing. Looks like they didn't go back far enough during application due to rushing.

First time getting my nails done in about 5 years!! and I'm a nail biter so I wanted some Acrylic nails to help with that, I was nervous going in but Mina made so easy so fast, she is wonderful. I will be going back to get another set. Exactly how I wanted it. Perfect for my trip to Frankenmuth 🎄 today.

My daughter and I went in and asked for an appointment to get our nails done together, and they told us to return the next day at 1:00. We arrived on time the next day and they took her first and left me sitting in a chair for 45 minutes while they did her nails. Another lady walked in and they took her instead of me! My daughter had gel polish put on her fingernails and it took about 45 minutes. After she was done, they started on me. We wanted to get our nails done at the same time, not one right after the other! What salon does that?? Anyway, her manicure was sloppy with paint left on her skin and the French manicure portion was uneven. I had a pedicure and chose regular polish, not gel, as my toes never chip or peel. I’ve been going to Clover nails a couple months now and I love their work but recently I feel as though they are overworked and schedule too many appointments or take on walkins and don’t value your appointment times. I had an appointment at 5:30 and I didn’t get seen until 6:30 and then they rushed my nails and didn’t seal correctly to where the paint just came off the next day. Mind you I paid $100 for them so it’s very upsetting. I called and they said they could fix it but it’s Friday and they’re so busy. I just wouldn’t have time to go in there and wait another hour or so to get seen to have my nails be fixed. I heard great things about this place and was super excited to get my nails done. I booked an appointment a week in advance for noon on a Saturday. I got there a few minutes before noon and they told me it would be a wait. Mind you, I walked in at the same time as three other people that were together who were walk-ins, but somehow they were taken right away!! How is it that people without an appointment are prioritized over people *with* one?? I waited for half an hour (12:30) before I asked how much longer it would be.
