I have came here several times and had a pretty decent experience. Yesterday, I had a pretty unfortunate experience. I had emailed and spoke with the manager (Tyler) yesterday and today he got me taken care of and made me a happy customer again. I was ready to not come back again but I'm very grateful for Tyler and his care of customers, so I will keep coming back.

I made an online appointment for 1 and I was seen pretty quickly when I got there. I got the signature pedicure and an acrylic fill, both with gel polish. Both services were great! I came in with nails that I got filled somewhere else and I didn’t love them. But my nail tech totally got me right - perfect shape, cuticle care and he was also pretty fast! Will definitely come back again if I’m in town 😊

Update: They reached out to me for my nails to be fixed and redone. I am very happy that I got the chance to get them fixed and even got offered to pick a different color! I noticed a big difference from the first time. I love them! Thank you for making this right for me. Hi, I’m reaching out about the full set of acrylics with nude/pink gel polish and blush ombré I had done yesterday at 1:00 pm. It was going well from shaping until afterwards during the appointment, I noticed dents and chips from heavy polish application and pointed them out. Then both my thumb nails were buffed, repolished and cured multiple times (3x). Extra top coat was added to try to cover other imperfections. This was my first time going to this nail shop, they were highly recommended on TikTok. Let me tell you, Louis absolutely exceeded my expectations! I will be back and will be booking with Louis again!

Michelle is absolutely amazing! The entire aura of the salon is beautiful and if you ever want a top 10 experience for getting your nails done, for an exceptional price, please please take a trip here! I drive an hour and a half to come here to get my nails done and will continue to do so!!! This is elegant and deserves more than 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you Michelle!
