Cloud Nine Massage - O'Fallon

I have not had a professional massage in my entire life. I decided to venture online and I landed on cloud 9. I chose “first available” and ended up with Cass-C. I immediately felt at ease with her and she made this decision a wonderful experience. I went ahead and booked another appointment for next week as well. Thank you Cass-C for such an awesome and calming experience.

Cloud 9 is such an amazing establishment . Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating from the receptionist to my amazing massage person (Kristin). My friend also got a massage from Shey and she was equally amazing. They both took the time to ask the right questions to make our massages personalized. We can’t wait to return!

I’ve been to Cloud 9 several times over the years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always professional, kind, and excellent at what they do. My most recent visit was with Shay, and she was outstanding—attentive, thorough, and genuinely focused on addressing the areas I mentioned. She even offered to extend the session to work out a few extra tense spots. I highly recommend Cloud 9—and definitely ask for Shay!

Trish was absolutely amazing! She is top notch. This was the best massage I’ve ever gotten. I’d definitely recommend her and Cloud 9 to anyone looking for a relaxing massage.

I have had two massages at this facility so far. Both have been great. Unlike some of the chains that will try to sell you on a membership and lots of unnecessary upsells they just have a very straight forward list of services with all the options available online. As far as I can tell it's locally owned and operated, which is a plus to me.
