cloud nails & spa

I’ve been regularly going to Cloud for over a year now. Every tech is amazing. My dip nails are fantastic and the pedicures are always worth the price. The owners are wonderful, as well. I cannot recommend Cloud enough. I suggest making an appointment, but they do accept walk-ins.

Went in to get a nail design and showed the technician an inspo pic and the turn out was awful. The thumb nails were uneven, they were too thick and looked rushed which they were. He kept getting up and going back and forth between clients. He was also a bit snippy when I was indecisive about colors and asked for his opinion and just told me “there’s a lot of pinks just choose one” with an attitude. To me that’s unprofessional. I really think they prioritize number of customers over quality service. I’ve been here a few times because they’re close but I will not be returning. They over book and take in too many walk ins at the same time then get snippy because there’s so many people to tend to. Also the pedicure I got, she totally messed with an ingrown toenail and my toe is red and hurts

Best experience for my daughter that got her nails done for the first time.. everyone was so nice and welcoming and the young man that did her nails did a fantastic job. She loves them!

I feel like I had to leave this review , went here for the first time today and it was a really great experience. Jun did my nails so quickly and they looked great! Him and Lauren made me feel so welcome. I was laughing and smiling and just really enjoying my time there. I’ll definitely be going back!
