I absolutely loved my experience! A friend recommended specifically Helen and I loved her! She was so sweet, funny, and made sure I was doing okay throughout the entire appointment. This is my new go-to nail salon. Man at #1 station hit it out of the park. I’ve been to many nail places over the years, and 99% of the time I have to ask the tech to fix my nail shape. Sometimes it still doesn’t look right. The thumbs always come out slanted and higher on 1 side than the other. This man took his time getting the shape perfect and I didn’t even have to direct him! I am so impressed, they just gained a customer for life. Not to mention I brought my daughter with me, and for her gel polish & my fill, it was only $64. At the last place we went to, it was $85. Making the services more affordable also allows the customers to leave a bigger tip where it’s due, so all in all we’re definitely coming back!

The staff is excellent! They were so helpful if we had questions, and so polite when we made changes! The manager ensures comfort and a well-trained staff! I've been to alot of different nail salons in town, but highly recommend Cloud Nails....whether you're new to treating yourself to a day at the salon or have plenty of experience!

Sandy is the best! I highly recommend her, especially if you are picky like I am. She listened to what I wanted for my Full set of acrylic nails and was super friendly.

The service was fine for the price. I went to get a quick set for a Halloween party. I wouldn't necessarily go for an important event or if you're really detail oriented. The short nail extention dip powder process was very quickly executed. The nail feels sturdy but thick. I dont think I'm a fan of dip powders now that i have tried them. Thankfully the style i got hides the bumps in the nail. I'm definitely going to take time to try to clean them up. You get what you pay for🤷‍♀️. Id go back for a quick last minute set. Wouldn't put it in my monthly service list.
