I had my hair done at Cloud Nine and absolutely loved the salon and service I received. Hayley was my stylist and she did an excellent job taking the time to consult me thoroughly before the services which included color and cut. She was knowledgeable, kind, and attentive throughout the process. Her professionalism and talents as a stylist will have me returning!

My husband and I treated ourselves to a couples massage for Valentine’s Day, and it was truly one of the most relaxing and memorable experiences we’ve shared together. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, peaceful, and inviting. Jess made us feel welcomed and cared for right away, setting the tone for what turned out to be an incredible experience. The treatment room was beautifully prepared—soft lighting, calming music, and a serene ambiance that instantly melted away any stress. Our therapists (Tina and Grace) were absolutely phenomenal. They were attentive, professional, and clearly skilled at what they do. I have been coming here for many years and I just love this place. The staff at the front desk are warm and welcoming, my stylist Megan does a fantastic job with my hair, and the estheticians and massage therapists all give excellent services. The spa is very clean and beautiful and the service providers are nothing but professional. I will always come back here and recommend this place to family and friends!

First saw Hayley at Cloud 9 just a few months ago. Quickly organized a hair color for myself, which she knocked out of the park, and cut/style for my curly-haired daughter, plus gave us tips for how to handle her curls since she has far more defined curls than my waves. Lovely, small boutique feel but have range of abilities. Will be my go-to since relocating to the area.

This is by far the best Salon and Spa I’ve ever been to. The front desk staff is always inviting and welcoming. I’m always offered a complimentary beverage on my visits, and enjoy the complementary foot soak the spa has to offer! Alexis is who I usually see for massages, she’s AMAZING. I’ve also had amazing services by Grace and Tina! For my haircuts, and all things styling I see Megan. She kills it every time!
