Cloud 9 Salon and Spa

I had hair extensions installed by Bridgette. First time so initially I was happy. After my first wash I noticed my extensions were about 6 inches longer in the back and they felt loose. I called and went back in and Kate trimmed the back and made a few adjustments. They still felt loose a few days later and progressively got worse. I took a few pics of my install and compared mine to others online and saw mine was not the same. There were only 4 beads holding them in which is why they were falling out. I spoke to another stylist at another shop and she told me the install was shoddy at best. Bridgette took the extensions out and I asked for a refund for the sub-par work and she refused. I had the extensions put back in at another shop where I was informed that I only received half of the

As my regular stylist was not available, no worries, A.J. filled in great, she listened to how I wanted my haircut and did a great job cutting it and how i wanted it styled. There are a lot of pluses at Cloud Nine, but the best ones are the talent and friendliness. It is by far the best!

Lacey was my hair stylist Very professional listened to what I wanted with my cut and blowout made suggestions and we went with her suggestion and let me tell you I LOVE IT! THANK YOU Lacey. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. Excellent service, the stylists are all friendly and fun, and Bridgette is amazing. She is more than a boss, she's a mentor to the girls. And she encourages them to be good citizens by regularly raising funds at the salon to give back to the local community.
