I've been going to Cloud 9 for years and always have a good experience. The service is great, the salon is clean, and the staff is friendly. Shayna is the best!! I always get compliments on my nails and highly recommend this salon to family and friends. 5/5 stars.

I have been coming to Cloud Nine for about a year for dip nails and gel pedicures. They are simply the best. All of the technicians do a great job. Shayna is a true pro! All of the staff is amazing and very friendly. The pedicures are wonderful and so relaxing. The salon is extremely clean, everyone is very professional and I never have to wait when I show up for my appointment. I highly recommend this nail salon and spa. 5 stars!

This is the best nail place in Bucks County. They do a great job with gel, dip and have amazing pedicure options. The shop is clean, staff is so nice! And sometimes two adorable pups are there too!

Felt scammed during my most recent visit. Was asked during my gel manicure if I wanted strengthening gel for an extra 5 dollars which I repeated no twice. When I went to pay she told me my total and I asked why it was an extra 5 which I was told i said yes to the strengthening gel when I clearly said no. They constantly try to get more money out of you and up charge like crazy. It’s an extra 10 bucks to get french tip which is insane.

I went here on Friday. Very nice and clean salon but I am less than happy with my acrylic manicure. I asked for a flame on my ring finger and the tech was unable to do that so I picked a different easier design even though that wasn’t what I wanted. She wasn’t able to do that either. Finally I just said she could do a French manicure on that finger. The shape of my nails make my fingers look chunky. I am extremely let down by this especially because the cost was $72 after tip.
