This was my third time coming here and everyone has always been welcoming. I came in with the expectation of receiving what I asked for which was a French tip cat eye design. I immediately knew that would be an issue because of the back and forth conversation between the nail tech and her colleague. I simply told her it was okay..I'll just get a regular French tip. I was not satisfied with the end result of my nails and was charged $80! I am getting married tomorrow and expected to look and feel beautiful. I left there feeling annoyed and in disbelief. We should not have to pay for a service if it is not great quality or to our liking. And if the service provider knows they aren't skilled in something they shouldn't attempt to do it and still charge someone. I was afraid to even go back t

I normally hate going to get my nails done, but this was the best mani+pedi experience ive ever had. The women working here are beyond kind and really spent their time making sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be back!!

I’ve been coming to this nail shop for a year now, and the experience has consistently been amazing. The customer service is top-notch the staff is always attentive, caring, and genuinely focused on making sure you’re comfortable and happy with the results. They specialize in gel manicures and pedicures, and their attention to detail really shows. I always leave feeling pampered and satisfied. Highly recommend and will definitely continue to visit!

Had a great first experience here for a dip manicure for an upcoming vacation. I loved that I was able to book an appt online and everything was super clean! She did a great job getting the shape right and making sure they weren’t chunky. Will be back!

I love coming to this nail salon! Kim and her team are always so friendly and helpful. My nails had been breaking and Kim helped strengthen them and made them look better than ever! They also give the best foot and shoulder massages! I always feel so relaxed after visiting here and my nails look great! Highly recommend to anyone!
