Cloud 9 Nail Salon

They did my nails 10/12, today is 10/18 and this is how my nails look. I paid $137 without tip for hands and my toes. I did tip $10 each as well. My nails are now horrendous and they did not last 1 week!!!! They are breaking by the day. My thumb’s nail broke 3 days after doing the nails. Would not recommend. My toes look great and the girl with the nose piercing did an amazing job.

I asked for a full set manicure and pedicure. Leon went straight to applying tips and when I get a manicure I expect a detailed experience pushing back the cuticles off of the nail bed and cutting the excess before applying any tip. to me that just shows me that you're lazy and don't want to do the full scope of work you're offering by taking a short cut. after he applied the acrylic I asked him if I could have a full manicure because that's what I requested and he rushed pushing back my cuticles and cutting them. I don't mind if you do every other process super fast, but when it comes to the delicate skin of the cuticles please go slow. edit: the manicure may have not been charged - im not sure because they didnt give me my receipt but it was requested prior to the service and during it

So I’ve been coming to this salon for about 4 months and I love it I really do! I am very picky about my nail shape and summer does a great job and always makes time for me Aria is the best at pedicures because sage takes her time to get out tough in grown toenails and makes your feet look super pretty Being from the city I feel that this salon has the best to offer for this area however I’m not used to certain things I have been to tons of salons all over Georgia and this is the first salon to charge for shape and length even for a fill in Their full ins are at $40 however mine are $65 minimum due to my length and shape without colour or nothing This is not advertised Also my nails aren’t even that long compared to where I’m from?? My 15 year old daughter's review, with photos and her star rating. I went to get my nails done with my grandma a few weeks ago since she always comes here, and the guy that was working on my nails (not the owner) was drying off my hands after i washed them and slammed into my pinky nail, causing my real nail to rip off of my nail bed. I wouldn't have left a review if it wasn't THIS bad... I understand messing up and ripping it up just a little, oh well, but when i move the fake nail my real nail under my cuticle moves. I hope i can add a video to show how bad it is... They did offer me to come back and get the nail redone when it was healed but i don't think I'm going to be able to because my nail isn't on my nail bed at all, it's just still under my skin where my cuticle is so i can't ta

There's a reason this place is so well rated, it's because they're good at what they do! I've been to other salons, and the quality wasn't as good as at Cloud 9. Ariel did my nails, and she is fantastic! She's very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. I told her what I wanted and she did such a great job. They're shaped and colored exactly how I was wanting. I'm so excited about my fun turkey/Thanksgiving colored nails. 😄🦃 I'll definitely be coming back here for future nail appointments.
