Loved Cloud 9! Booked hubby and I for a 30/30 appointment. Communication from putting down the deposit and booking our appointment until we left after our massage was kind and professional! Massage was wonderful and ambience was welcoming and relaxing. Would definitely come back!

Great first experience at this location! When we lived on the coast, the HMB location was our go-to. We’re so happy to know the same quality customer service and massage therapists are now near us in Burlingame! The communal foot massage area is nice and serene. We can’t wait to return.

Had such a great experience at Cloud Nine! The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the pricing is very affordable for the quality of service you get. I especially loved the Swedish massage with a touch of Chinese pressure points - it was the perfect balance of relaxing and therapeutic. I left feeling refreshed and cared for. Definitely coming back again!

My 1 hour foot/body massage was fabulous. The atmosphere was very serene. The therapist was very skilled, clearly an expert. I need very strong pressure in my massages and she seems to instinctively know what I needed. I came out so extremely relaxed. I will gladly return soon.

I've been coming to Cloud 9 for about a year now and it is amazing. Lily is fantastic and she is very accommodating to her clients needs and she has great customer service. She constantly asks if I am ok or if it is too much pressure. Most places don't care about that kind of attentiveness. I usually get the Swedish massage and lemme tell you, I can hardly move for the next couple of days afterwards. Definitely a great place to go. Clean and relaxing.
