Cloud 9 Day Spa

I’ve been going to get my lashes lifted and tinted here since like eighth grade, Recently I booked with Rebecca, she did an amazing job making sure they weren’t overprocessed:) shoutout to halii as well we love the whole cloud 9 staff❣️

I had a 90 minute massage with Charity. She was very courteous and professional. She did an amazing job and I was completely relaxed at the end of it. I would highly recommend her.

Not a relaxing spa environment. Got a massage here, and it was like getting a massage in a loud clothing store. I had wait by clothing dressing rooms, loud pop music playing. In the room, there was still loud music playing, room lighting was like medical office, and electrical cords and random things everywhere. For the full hour I could other staff talking Outside the room and in the adjacent room. Not what anyone wants getting a massage!! It was not relaxing at all!! What a bizarre experience - wouldn’t recommend.

I get Brazilian waxes done here regularly by Kristen Hermon. She does a fantastic job! She’s fast too which I prefer, as we all know how painful these can be. But also thorough. She’s also done my eyelashes too. She’s very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her for any of your esthetician needs. Also the cloud 9 establishment is very clean and the staff is professional and kind.

Great experience! Love the ladies that work here, they provide excellent service! Booked a couple appointments after today's outcome. Got my eyebrows waxed, shaped, tinted. They have thee best customer service! Very knowledgeable. Very clean and well upkeep inside. Definitely my new go to!
