I went to Kim Diaz for a trim. She not only took 2 inches off, she cut the left side with tons of layers and the right side no layers. Then she told me I'm losing my hair on the left side. I freaked. Started rogaine and wore it in a clip. I just went back to my original stylist and she confirmed, my hair is not falling out. Kim but he'd the left side. Can you imagine? I've never had a stylist that was so incompetent. I feel bad writing this but people need to know. I wish I read reviews to warn me about her.

As a natural blonde who's very picky about her hair I was nervous seeing someone new for the first time. But Ashley Griffen was amazing. She immediately made me feel at ease by listening to how I wanted my hair done, demonstrating her knowledge on hair and always explaining and showing me what she was about to do before doing it. Jennifer Ramos is THE ONLY STYLIST you should be seeing!!! I’d travel for hours just to have an appt in her chair. My hair was dry, dull, worn out, frizzy, and unmanageable before I started seeing Jenn. Since then I’ve gotten the exact color, cut, and style I’ve wanted every time I go! The color is always spot on and doesn’t fade poorly. My Brazilian blow out changed my life, AND she recommended me products for my hair, specifically, so I can keep the maintenance on point. My hair has never looked or felt better! GO SEE JENN!
