DO NOT make appointment with her because she will never be available the time you make appointment, You can see her feedback about the people they made appointment. She will make you wait and wait till she gets time to do your hair. Very bad business because she does not respect people's time. She made appointment with me for 1PM but I drove 25 miles to be there before 1PM and I was there at 12:45PM but she had one person on the chair getting haircut and she does him at about 1:05P, the she too another one who was waiting which is not ethical practice to run the business. Hope she read this reviews and respect the clients otherwise she will have one to cut the hair. Respect the client who take time to make appointment and show up on or before time to get the hair cut.

Mai is my wonderful hairstylist! I'd been her client before she took over Clips. I walk in looking half dead and leaving with a fresh fade comb over haircut. My services: Haircut w/shampooing, scalp massage, hot towel face wrap, and brows cleaned up. Mai is genuine, and attentive. It's best to call ahead to set appointments if you need to get in at a specific time. Her business card is below.

Had an appointment at 3pm and she took so many people ahead of us that we ended up leaving at 4pm without our hair cut. She never greeted us or acknowledged that we where even there. I thought it was supposed to be southern hospitality but so far I have only experienced southern hostility.

Miss. Mai is so amazing at what she does ! She is fast, skilled and very friendly. Every time I come here, I always feel so safe and satisfied when she cuts my hair. I highly recommend this place to everyone !

She is really good hair designer. She could cut my hair just 20munutes. Really good and technically well trained I really appreciate that I know this place
