Very dissatisfied. Expensive! Just For a simple root touch up it was almost $100. The place and the hairstylist were recommended to me, It was my first time there. the receptionist is not friendly to customers, When I entered she didn’t ask me what I needed. After about 3 minutes there, I had to introduce myself and let her Know I had an appointment. I mean for the price they charge, at least hire a friendly receptionist.

I went here with my grandma, mother, and sister for my sisters 15 to get our hair and makeup done. Let me tell you it was the absolute worst experience ever and a waste of money!! First of all they charged extra just because she was the quinceañera $180. The rest of us they charged us $60 each for makeup just to look like CLOWNS and WITCHES! I thought they were professionals but they obviously need to go back to school or get their certification removed! They are NOT qualified to this job! On top of that they charged us $80 each for our hair just so it can fall apart as soon as we left the salon. We contacted them and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I set up an appointment for my son and my self. After several visits this will mark my last time. I had been scheduling with Elizabeth and after several hair cuts I thought I had found the person that understood my hair cut needs and instructions. Sadly, I was horribly mistaking. Perhaps she was tired, sleepy, or sick but the end result today was something completely different. It will take me several months to grow it back. This is enough for me to never come back.i cancelled my son's appointment.

I went in so they can do my hair and makeup and they left me like a clown, very disatisfied, i went back home and ended up doing my makeup and hair, worst $170 ever spent!
