I highly recommend Cleveland Nail Spa. Angie does my nails and she is absolutely wonderful. She is very professional, takes her time, and always does a fantastic job. My nails consistently look great when I leave. I also get pedicures there and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and the salon is always a pleasant experience. If you’re looking for great service and beautiful nails, this is the place to go!

Hi, I wanted to let you know that I’m not satisfied with how my nails turned out. I feel like the time and attention needed for a good result weren’t given, and they look uneven and misshaped. I’m honestly very disappointed because I paid for a professional service. I would appreciate if we could find a way to fix this.

We tried to give them another chance based of bad experiences in the past but we will never return! just look at the pictures …. I tipped to be nice but never again! I gave 2 stars because the manager was very nice but this is unacceptable!

I’ve been going to Cleveland Nail Spa since they opened their doors a few years back and I am never disappointed. Angie does a wonderful job on my nails. I show her what designed I would like an BOOM, there it is! I highly recommend this place for all your nail needs! 😊

Went in 9/24/25 for a fill in and nail fix. On 9/29/25 my nail i got fixed popped right off and I got it replaced but due to them not having the same color chrome they did on my nails prior, we had to settle with a different color. On 10/1 my pinky nail started lifting and after it popped off it revealed a fungus had started to grow on my pinky nail EDIT TO ADD 10/9/25 MY MIDDLE FINGER NAIL POPPED OFF AND A NEW FUNGUS WAS DISCOVERED. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND UNSANITARY THERE IS NO TELLING WHAT ELSE WILL BE UNCOVERED WHEN THEY ARE ALL REMOVED!
