I totally recommend this location if you’re looking for a fresh haircut and a beard trim. The customer service is outstanding, and I’m usually very picky about my hair and beard, but I finally found a place that exceeds my expectations. The barber who took care of me — the girl with red hair by the corner — was incredibly professional and attentive. She also made sure my kids were well taken care of. Truly a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back! I think here name is Angelita I would recommend her 100%

I recently visited Cleveland Barbershop and had the pleasure of getting my haircut from Chris. He absolutely nailed the fade! His attention to detail and skill really set him apart. Not only does he deliver a fantastic haircut, but he’s also a genuinely good guy who makes you feel welcome. I brung my son in to get a haircut, we arrived at 5pm. There was 1 person before me, by 5:30pm there was about 5-7 people that came in after me and the barbers start taking people that walked in after me and did not acknowledge the fact that we’ve been waiting for 1 hour. I addressed the situation and one of the barber’s stated that I didn’t have a ticket, not everyone that walked in get a ticket and there’s not a sign that says get a ticket, not sure if it’s because of our color but we were skipped and were still waiting. I’m a salon owner of 2 locations so I know how customer should be treated. ( first come first serve) The owner is great but the owner should look into she’s hiring! I will not be coming back, they lost a customer!
