Came to Cleopatra’s based off a referral and I was not disappointed for my first time. I was able to walk-in and get started immediately. The wash was thorough. Amparo did my blow dry, trim, and curl and she was nothing short of amazing. I overall 5/5 and under hour total time. And the price point was affordable

Don't like that they dont have set prices posted (they cost more that other Dominican Salons), but they are gentle with your hair and reasonable pace, wait ia reasonable also

I asked multiple times how much before I even sat for a wash. Once they knew that I was willing to pay extra for deep conditioning, they increased the price. They’re a bunch of get overs.

I have never had a problem and I go between units, braids and natural. When I’m natural they do a mean silk press and I’m never in there over hour. They even pressed and curled my unit after I washed it. I have no negative comments. Even tho no one speak English in there

This is for cleopatra 2 on Germantown ave I usually love this place but I just had such a bad experience. The wash girl is so rough and was just yanking my head around like a rag doll. She was ripping through my hair with the comb and not even combing from ends to root. My stylist didn’t care that the blow dryer was too hot and even burned my forehead with it and now I have mark. They then charged me 10 extra dollars and couldn’t tell me why OR didn’t mention that it would be 10 dollars more for whatever extra (which was nothing. I didnt get a trim or deep conditioning or anything) they did. Super disappointed ☹️
